This is an interesting and active club which is officially recognized in our school. The club has four branches that include biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics.
These contribute to the core objectives of this club in promoting research and innovation among the students. This has encouraged many of the students to offer sciences at A-Level; boosted them with the practical skills obtained from reliable sources and experienced people that rhyme with the modern competitive generation. This is achieved by all the members and the well wishers of the club, getting involved in the carrying out of these important practical projects. One example is the Zero bottle project. Here, students recycle old plastics, metals (wastes) by using them in various innovative ways such as decoration, irrigation, etc.
The products we produce chemically include liquid soap, jik, and detergents. These products are income generating not only to the club, but also to the students on an individual basis as they become producers of them in their respective homes. This has enabled the students to help their parents on the journey of financial freedom.
We also carry out agricultural research on different plant species, for example, dividing one banana sacker into four equal pieces intending to have four banana plants; planting of vegetables like cabbages, eggplants, etc. This eliminates ignorance, famine and poverty in societies where the students come from. Enjoy the beauty of science at our school – an international pearl of science.
